ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
We have the following shipping options available in Australia.
Free(for orders >A$95) - Delivery in 2 to 6 Business Days
Standard - Delivery in 2 to 6 Business Days
Express - Order by Noon ET. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 1 to 3 Business Days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Please note, PIEK INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.
If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.
DAMAGED PACKAGES:
Please send our team an email at admin@piekbottle.com with photos of the damages and we will take care of the rest. Photos of your order are required.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
